At HJEMFIT I work with a large diversity of clients and specialize in HIIT/Circuit training, hypertrophy training, strength development, functional movements, sport-specific training and Group fitness, along with mentoring/coaching trainers to develop the business they deserve + desire.

 

One-on-One Session

 

One-on-one sessions tailored to your fitness level, goals and exercise experience no matter the level. Together this is a highly effective way to achieve your health and fitness desires. I am committed and focused on keeping you highly motivated no matter the challenge at hand. Together we can and will achieve your desired fitness goals!

45 minutes sessions $80

 

Group Coaching + Bootcamps

 

This is the perfect solution if you prefer to train within a group and enjoy the supportive atmosphere no matter the level of fitness! Why not involve your partner, family, friends or work colleagues and within a team environment we together can support each other every step of the way!

Session length can vary from 30 to 45 minutes determined on the groups desired goals | Prices start at $20 per person per session (min 5)

 

Workout Plan

 

This is a personalized and specific training program designed for you, based on your plan along with a set of associated goals. The training program balances five elements of good health. Those are aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching.

We will begin by reviewing your current exercise routine, goals, and medical history. From there, we will create an achievable plan with a full exercise program, weekly training program, and a 60-minute session to demonstrate all of your exercises.

Sports specific Training

 

Catered Programs are personalized around your chosen sport to give you a competitive edge. It is designed to maximize endurance, speed, power, agility, flexibility and core stability. We can identify and measure areas needing improvement and compare this to an optimal level which is required for your specific sport.

Sessions can range from 30 to 45 minutes starting from $80 per session

 

Corporate Wellness Programmes
